The staff at Less Stress Moving Solutions had the brightest of attitudes, even though we were moving during the Saskatoon heat wave. They were friendly, personable, professional and best of all - respectful to our belongings. I would hire them again in a heartbeat. We are extremely happy with their service and would recommend Less Stress team to anyone who is looking for reliable, friendly and top quality moving service! They were on time, diligent and had great communication every step of the way. They continued to check on us throughout the moving day to make sure everything is going great. Less Stress uses 3 man teams for moves which makes the move go so much faster and more efficiently than your usual two man teams! The three who showed up were very professional, made sure all our furniture was blanketed and wrapped up safely before loading into the truck. Not only did they treat our stuff as if it was their own, they did the same for the rental I moved out of and the house I moved in to! Rate wise, they charge a very reasonable hourly rate and round to the nearest 15min. Was quoted for a 5-6 hour job but it only took 3hrs and they only charged for the 3! We booked this a couple of months in advance and from our first encounter they were great to deal with. They came out for an in person estimate and provided all the information we needed. They confirmed with us prior to moving day and arrived on time, with enthusiastic staff and a newer moving truck. They loaded the truck in the exact time estimated and was done carefully and methodically. The unload was done in the same manner. The staff remained positive and focused on their tasks despite the very long hours. Not one thing was damaged or broken. There was nothing they could have done better.
